Binsky & Snyder Service will tailor a preventive maintenance service agreement for your equipment, your requirements, and your budget. From performing preventive maintenance and system checks annually to monthly, we will provide the highest quality service to fit your needs.
Preventive Maintenance is taken seriously at our firm. Every service agreement customer is provided with preferential emergency service 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Our equipment task manuals are left on site so that in the event of an O.S.H.A. inspection you can show that the HVAC systems are being maintained according to Federal Guidelines.
Our annual reports will detail the condition of your equipment, any past repairs performed by our company, and any future repairs required; so your budget can be planned for future maintenance needs.
HVAC equipment such as the kind used for data processing area's have different maintenance requirements from standard comfort cooling and heating appliances. Our service agreements will address the differences for you, and be tailored to the specific manufacturer required maintenance tasks designed to keep your equipment on line and trouble free.
